3 Account Security & Responsibility
You are responsible for the security of your account. Please keep the following in mind:

- If you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
- You are responsible for all bets and transactions made from your account. t8999 is not liable for any loss caused by third-party access.

t8999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account and conduct a review if suspicious activity is detected. During this time, the balance will be preserved, and normal access will be restored upon successful verification.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
t8999 ensures fast and secure transactions through Bangladesh's popular Mobile Financial Service (MFS) methods. The following payment methods are supported:

4.1 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
- Completed deposits are generally reflected in your account immediately. Contact the support team if there is any delay.
- Only use payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
- Please provide the correct reference information when making a deposit.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals will not be processed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
- t8999 may request identity verification to be completed before processing a withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
All bonuses and promotional offers at t8999 are subject to the following conditions:
5.1 Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
- Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
- Another example: deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.
- Bonus wagering requirement: you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).
- Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each promotion may have its own specific terms. See the details of that offer for information on a specific promotion.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion's terms permit it.
- Bonuses are applicable for personal entertainment purposes only. If bonus methods are abused, t8999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
- VIP membership cashback rewards must be claimed within the specified time period.
- t8999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to placing bets and playing games at t8999:
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (unless otherwise stated in the rules of a specific market).
- If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, the last recorded state in the system will be considered final.
- In sports betting, match results depend on the official announcement of the relevant sports governing body.
- t8999 reserves the right to void bets placed due to clearly incorrect odds or technical errors.
- In casino games, the provider's rules apply and remain in effect alongside t8999's general terms.
- In live games, t8999's system logs will serve as final evidence in any dispute regarding a game session.

7 Prohibited Activities

- Selling or transferring accounts: Selling, renting, or transferring an account to another person is prohibited.
- Hacking or system exploitation: Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability of the platform is prohibited.
- Minor access: Allowing anyone under the age of 21 to use an account is prohibited.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, t8999 accepts no liability in the following cases:
- Loss caused by internet disconnection, server downtime, or technical errors.
- Loss resulting from the user leaving their own account credentials unsecured.
- Issues caused by software errors from third-party game providers.

10 Account Suspension & Closure
t8999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following situations:
- Violation of any clause of these terms.
- Suspicion of fraud or deception.
- Evidence of registration using false information.
- The account remains inactive for an extended period (generally a defined inactivity period).
- Account closure at the user's own request.
Whether the balance will be paid out upon account closure depends on the reason for closure. If closed due to general inactivity, any valid balance will be returned. If closed due to a policy violation, any bonus-related balance may be forfeited.

12.4 Entire Agreement
